Attorney Bio

Ryan Winters is an employment attorney whose primary area of practice is wage and hour law. In his first year of practice, he recovered over $100,000 in unpaid wages, damages, and other compensation on behalf of his clients. His legal experience includes work for the City of Cleveland in defense of a multimillion dollar class action lawsuit. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, the Northern District of Ohio Federal District Court, and the Northern District of Illinois Federal District Court (pro hac vice). He is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, and American Bar Association.

Born and raised in San Jose, California, Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Claremont McKenna College. He received merit scholarships to attend both the University of California, Riverside, where he was awarded a Masters Degree in English, and the University of Iowa Law School, where he earned his J.D.
